Sway Vacation Rental Management is a brand of Sway Realty LLC, a licensed Arizona real estate brokerage ("Sway," "we," "us"). By opting in as described below, you consent to receive text messages from Sway as described on this page.

Program description: Sway sends SMS text messages to guests and property owners for booking and reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, service and support updates, and responses to your inquiries.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at swayvrm.com/contact, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during booking, or by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent is not required to submit the form or make a booking.

How to opt out: Text STOP to the number you are messaging with at any time to cancel. We'll send a confirmation and stop further messages.
