Program description: Sway sends SMS text messages to guests and property owners for booking and reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, service and support updates, and responses to your inquiries.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number during booking or inquiry, or by texting us directly.

How to opt out: Text STOP to the number you are messaging with at any time to cancel. We'll send a confirmation and stop further messages.
